Most of our  efforts to stay fit inevitably fail due to our habits at night. In order to successfully stay fit and healthy, avoid doing the following stuff.

  • Stop eating large meals. Take small portions consisting of important nutrients only.
  • Do not eat excessive amount of carbohydrates.
  • Don’t resign from eating enough. Get the necessary nutrients required for your body.
  • Do not consume caffeine at night.
  • Do not sleep with your phone on you.
  • Avoid consuming alcohol with your food.
  • Do not ever go to bed angry. Take deep breaths, do yoga, calm yourself before your sleep.
  • Never sleep in a heated bedroom.
