Most of our efforts to stay fit inevitably fail due to our habits at night. In order to successfully stay fit and healthy, avoid doing the following stuff.
- Stop eating large meals. Take small portions consisting of important nutrients only.
- Do not eat excessive amount of carbohydrates.
- Don’t resign from eating enough. Get the necessary nutrients required for your body.
- Do not consume caffeine at night.
- Do not sleep with your phone on you.
- Avoid consuming alcohol with your food.
- Do not ever go to bed angry. Take deep breaths, do yoga, calm yourself before your sleep.
- Never sleep in a heated bedroom.
