• Try to braid your hair as much as possible.
  • Never step outside without an umbrella or hat to protect your hair.
  • Eat right stuff. Include foods that are rich in iron, Vitamin D, protein in your diet.
  • Wash your hair two to three times a week. Use an anti-frizz conditioner.
  • Do not tie your hair while it’s wet.
  • Use less hair products such as hair spray, dry shampoo, etc.
