• Worrying about the smallest things can be a major sign of an anxiety disorder. If you find that you are worrying too much and stressing over small things, seek help.
  • If your too shy, and not in a funny way – then it may mean that you have anxiety. If not confronted to help and pressured everyday, the shyness can gradually even develop into serious phobias.
