• Staying up late can feel harmless when you’re young, but it contributes to the aging process faster when you grow older.
  • Stress is another factor that ages you. Not letting go of things, not forgiving – they all profoundly affect you physically as well.
  •  Not exercising is also bad. Lightly exercising, moving around, doing yoga is good.
  • Too much sugar is going to be bad as you grow older. Switch to dark chocolate instead.
  • Smoking is terrible for you. Quit, or you may end up looking 40 when you’re 30.
  • Stop rubbing your eyes too much. They’re super sensitive.
  • Limit your alcohol consumption.
  • Stay in shape.
